Solid Ground
Politics • Spirituality/Belief • Culture
As somebody who suffered from increasingly totalitarian "woke" ideology in my former workplace, I understand how critical regular "reality checks" are. This community is for people who wish to engage with each other and create a community of support to help make sense out of the chaos.

Mamdani spoof

Someone shared this with me who said it had been circulating in the Hasidic community. Will likely offend a lot of people these days.

My New Job - The Dandiest Job Ever - Happy 4th!

Hi everyone, I haven't been active in Solid Ground for a while, but I am still alive and kicking! I now work as personal assistant to a mind-bendingly weird and diva-esque artist-lip-syncher-performer named Fiona Blueberry. She is blissfully clueless about politics and seems to be completely unaware of the culture wars. Working with her is a breath of fresh air. If you need a mood lift, I encourage you to watch this video we made together. Happy 4th, everyone! Wishing you fun/love/peace on this holiday. :) www.fionablueberry.com

Could you live with someone who doesn't share your views if it meant keeping a family intact? Tough decisions on the horizon.

Greetings all, and a belated Happy New Year! I wanted to share the news that I have launched a channel on YouTube: The Diogenes Podcast, and invite everyone to check it out. The first 4 (chronological) episodes are available, and I will link the introduction below.

The podcast is part of my larger venture, The Diogenes Project, which consists of a planned series of 8 illustrated works of satire and cultural criticism of the Great Awokening. The first volume, "The Disasters of Woke: Manichean Dreams in Words & Pictures," is in print and will be available for purchase when I launch my website, coming soon! The next two volumes, "Emphatic Caprices," and "TransAction: A Studiously Gendered Curriculum Vitae" will be released in print later this year. These will be followed by a collection entitled, "Emetic Memes," the centerpiece essay of which I am currently sharing in installments on the podcast.

Please check out The Diogenes Podcast when you get the chance, and I look forward to any comments and...
