I started to watch this but wasn't that engaged. Here's a good thread summarizing highlights, including a take on the vaccine that Rogan questions. Also includes others' speculations on whether Zuckerberg has truly seen some kind of light or if he is being more opportunistic. I am glad about the changes he is making at the moment regardless of his motives.

I am writing to inform you of an important development regarding the federal Title IX regulations. On January 9, 2025, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued a ruling (attached) to vacate the 2024 Title IX regulations. This means that the court has determined that the 2024 regulations are invalid, rendering them unenforceable nationwide under the authority granted by 5 U.S.C. § 706(2) of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), which instructs courts to review agency actions and set aside (vacate) those that the court determines unlawful.
As you may know, Ohio was among the 26 states operating under an injunction against the 2024 regulations. In these states, the 2020 Title IX policy has remained in effect.
