In class where at a woke university where "cognitive distortion" is being discussed as an issue to be changed through therapy.
Distortion as I know it is something that doesn't align with operational reality.
Wondering if gender/pronoun concepts are examples of cognitive distortion. :)
Is Foucault's statement that language creates reality canceled out by this concept?

I went to a doctor today who must be in his mid-to-late 80s and had extremely good ratings on ZocDoc. I told him I'd read a lot of good things about him there, and he joked that he'd paid people to do it, adding something to the effect of, "But not as much as Harris paid Oprah to be interviewed by her."
